Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our company accept returns for not delivered products, damaged products with photo evidence.
Please send us a letter about a issue to firstname.lastname@example.org we will answer in 1-2 days.

To complete your return, we require a email with order number and item name.
